I may be going slow but I am still faster than those who are still sitting down

 
 
I finished Day 1 of Week 2 yesterday. I had cramps just minutes from starting because I missed one of my usual stretch exercises. I had to stop and stretch again for the cramps to go away. As a whole, it was rather enjoyable. I noticed it seems to be getting easier by the day. I was shocked when the voice prompted me to start my cool down. I was like "Already?"

I am looking forward to completing this Couch to 5K program and hopefully be a better person out of it. I will keep on updating you and hopefully take some nice pics too.
